Competition rules

Rules for Competition Entries

A projected image is eligible for a monthly competition if it has not been previously submitted in a monthly competition. A projected image that has been used in a monthly competition may not be reused in a different format.

Entries for each competition can be either colour or black and white. Projected images must be sized at no more than 1600 x 1200 pixels with a resolution of 100 dpi and must be in jpeg format. All projected images must be titled.

The number of entries that may be submitted in any competition is three.

Rules for Annual Competitions

All rules above apply, except the maximum number of entries is six. Entries used in the monthly competition may be reused as long as they have not been submitted in a previous annual competition.

Rules for Interclub Competitions

Members of more than one club may only enter for the host club or withdraw their entries. The host club determines the number of entries for the competition.
